1950'S Japan Mikuni "Dandy"
#3770 Dandy stands about 6” tall and has several mechanical movements. When wound he
walks along with his eyes moving up and down, his right hand tips his hat and his toes alternating
going up and down. He was made in Japan by Mikuni and is marked.  He did have a cane made
from rubber but this has dried out and crumbled over the years.
